摘要
针对平底铣刀、球头铣刀不同的切削轨迹,提出了改进的Z-MAP方法,实现了切削段的扫掠面计算与切削计算的算法.该算法在数控仿真系统中的应用表明,数控仿真过程中的刷新速率可以提高到(56.170±1)f/s.
An algorithm which researched and realized the formation of fiat milling cutter and ball milling cutter sweep plane with calculation of workpiece model using enhanced Z - MAP method is delivered. And the smoothness of the animation in the process of numerical controle simulation is enhanced to (56. 170 ± 1 )f/s by this algorithm.
