摘要
在pH8.81的缓冲溶液中,邻羟基苯基荧光酮和牛血清白蛋白结合可使邻羟基苯基荧光酮的光散射信号增强。并且与蛋白质浓度在一定的范围内呈线性关系。据此,运用共振光散射技术,建立了蛋白质定量测定的方法。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,测定牛血清白蛋白的线性范围为1.1×10^-6~2.0×10^-6moL/L,检出限为2.9×10^-9moL/L,对合成样品的测定结果令人满意。
The analytical method was based on the enhanced effect of the resonance light scattering (RLS) due. to the combination of o-HPF with BSA. In the Britton-Robinson buffer at pH 8.81 ,the RLS intensity was proportional to the concentration of BSA in the range of 1.1× 10^-6 - 2.0 × 10^-6 mol/L.Thc detection limit was 2.9 × 10^-9 mol/L. The method was simple and rapid, with high accuracy, and has been applied to the determination of protein in the sample with satisfactory results.
