摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸为模板,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为热引发剂原位制备了液相色谱分子印迹整体柱,羟基苯甲酸的异构体可获得基线分离,而空白柱没有印迹效果。实验同时对分子印迹过程的机理进行了探讨。
A monolithic molecularly imprinted polymer with specific recognition ability for 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4-HBA) was prepared by in-situ thermal polymerization, using aerylamide as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as the cross-linking agent, toluene and dodeeanol as porogenic solvents and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the thermal polymerization initiator. Baseline separation of isomers of hydroxybenzoic acid was achieved on the prepared HPLC imprinted column, but not on the blank polymer. The basic principle and mechanism of molecular imprinting polymers were discussed in this paper.
