摘要
城乡收入和区域间收入差距的存在,在促进非农产业发展的同时,推动和促进了农村劳动力在产业间的转移和在区域间的流动。分析了中西部地区农村劳动力流动的现状、特征和原因,以及存在的一些问题;并针对这些问题提出了促进农村劳动力流动、减少和降低农民流动的成本的对策建议。
The existence of income differences between rural and urban and difference regions can drive and promote the transfer of rural labor force among industries and the migration in difference regions when it advances the development of non-agriculture industries. The status quo, characteristics, causes and the existing problems of the rural labor transfer in midwestern areas were analyzed. And aiming at these problems, the countermeasures of promoting the rural labor migration and decreasing the working cost were put forward.
