摘要 Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族成员之一,在细胞凋亡和分化中扮演着重要角色,对细胞周期起调控作用。人类胚胎和大多数肿瘤细胞中均有survivin的表达,但在正常分化成熟的细胞中却极少。许多抗肿瘤药物通过诱导细胞凋亡而发挥抗肿瘤作用,但某些肿瘤表现出对它们的抗药性。导致肿瘤抗药性的一个最重要的因素就是survivin的表达。有关细胞凋亡途径和survivin表达方面的研究可提供发现和发展新型抗肿瘤药的新途径。 Survivin is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein family, which plays a key role in apoptosis and cell division and exert its regulation effect on cell cycle. Survivin is abundantly expressed in the embryonic tissues as well as most of the tumors, while few in the normal differentiated cells. Althogh many antiumor drugs can exert their anti-tumor effect by inducing cell apoptesis, to which some tumors have drug resistance. Expression of survivin is the main factor resulting in drug resistance of tumor. Studies about apoptotic pathway and expression of survivin maybe provide possible methods to find and develop some new type antineoplastic agent.
