设计结构矩阵在新产品开发项目计划中的应用

摘要 项目任务之间有顺序、平行和交叉三种关系,大多数网络图方法都侧重解决顺序和平行任务的问题,而忽略了交叉任务的问题。阐述了设计结构矩阵的原理、动态联盟新产品开发项目的特点,明确了在动态联盟新产品开发项目中应用设计结构矩阵的意义,提出了在动态联盟新产品开发项目计划制定中应用设计结构矩阵的方法。此研究有利于增加联盟体整体竞争力、降低新项目的风险、实现规模经济,能实现资源共享、优势互补和防止过度竞争。 There are three kinds of logical relationships between project tasks, in sequence, parallel, and in sequence with a lead. Most network diagrams represent the first two, and do not represent the last. This paper introduces the principles of design structure matrix (DSM), the characteristics of new product development projects based on dynamic alliance, and the value of applying DSM to the new product development projects, rl'ne method of applying DSM to planning of new product development projects based on dynamic alliance, was put forward, which can help enhance the overall competitive power of the dynamic alliance, reduce the risk of new project, achieve economic size, sharing resources, advantages complement, and avoid over competition.
