摘要
作者对年龄为６０～９０岁的３６０名老年人进行了口腔卫生情况的全面调查，并与十年前老年人口腔卫生情况进行比较，结果表明，老年人中龋病仍为口腔第一大病。龋失补及牙齿楔状缺损等的预防治疗保健已有较大程度的改善，但牙周的预防治疗保健的改善不显著，牙周疾患为老年人牙齿缺失的主要原因，因此牙周的预防治疗保健将是今后临床工作的和一个重点。
Three hundred and sixty patients aged 60 to 90 years old, were investigated for oral health circumstance and compared with those of 10 years ago. The results indicated that the ageds oral health circumstance is still disappointing. Dental caries is still the most common disease. The prevention and treatment as well as health care of the number of decayed, missed, filled teeth and wedge shaped erosion of tooth were more improved, but periodontal diseases preventine treatment health care was not. Periodontal disease was stll a major cause for tooth lost in aging patient, so perodontal diseases preventine treatment health care will be a key point of the clinical work in further.
