伐昔洛韦两种疗法预防生殖器疱疹复发的成本-效果比较被引量：3

摘要目的:比较伐昔洛韦两种疗法预防生殖器疱疹(GH)复发的成本-效果。方法:62例复发性生殖器疱疹患者以随机方式分配至间歇疗法组(A组)和持续抑制疗法组(B组)。A组32例,疱疹复发时口服伐昔洛韦300mg,bid,连服6d;B组30例,qd口服伐昔洛韦300mg,连服4个月(疱疹复发时改为bid,连服6d)。治疗期结束后全部病例随访6个月;从GH患者的角度,以疱疹半年复发减少次数为效果进行成本-效果分析。结果:A、B两种方案的成本-效果比(C/E)分别为1 564.59和540.55(治疗期),2 683.50和1 588.84(治疗期+随访期),B方案的增量成本-效果比(ΔC/ΔE)为387.88(治疗期)和990.95(治疗期+随访期)。结论:伐昔洛韦持续抑制疗法预防和延迟生殖器疱疹复发优于间歇疗法。
