摘要
从渗碳齿轮钢锻坯正火处理主要目的是改善切削加工性能,还是减小或稳定渗碳淬火后的变形进行分析,阐述了现行国家标准中的正火工艺和显微组织要求与目前齿轮制造工艺的不适应性和存在的问题,提出了修改意见。认为正火标准应区别为:作为钢件最后热处理的正火和预先热处理的正火两种,并依此采用不同的正火工艺和要求不同的显微组织形态。
The purpose of normalizing for the forging blank of carburized gears steel, either improving machinability or minimizing distortion after normalizing,was analyzed. Simultaneously, the questions existed between the normalizing technology and microstructure requirements and gears machining technology were discussed for the present national standard. As a result, the normalizing standard for the normalizing treatment was distinguished as a final heat treatment and a preheat treatment according to its treatment purposes. Finally, a revised proposal for the normalizing standard was presented.
