摘要 目的研究经皮冠脉动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous Coronary intervention,PCI)术后不同口服补液途径对患者排尿时间及舒适度的影响。方法120例患者PCI术后分别予以口服温开水、5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖进行造影剂排泄,观察3组患者在排尿时间和副反应发生的不同。结果120例患者中温开水、5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖三组排尿时间分别为(87±42.35)min、(40.63±14.06)min、(29.5±16.52)min,排尿量分别为(1.61±0.47)L,(2.15±0.43)L,(2.44±0.56)L。差异显著并具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论PCI术后患者采用葡萄糖液行造影剂排泄效果优于温开水法。 Objective To investigate the effect of different methods of oral rehydration solution on the emiction time and the degree of comfort in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) operation. Methods 120 patients were divided into three groups and accepted the physiological saline, 5% glucose fluid and 10% glucose fluid, respectively, to excrete the photographic developer. The differences of the emiction time and the side effect between the three groups were observed. Results The e- miction times of the three groups were (87±42.35)min, (40.63±14.06)min and (29.5±16.52)min, respectively. And the emiction volumes were (1.61±0.47)L,(2.15±0.43)L and (2. 44±0.56)L, respectively. There were statistical significances between the three methods (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions The method of glucose fluid drinking is more effective in the drainage of photographic developer than the method of physiological saline drinking.
