摘要
地理信息系统是一门实践性很强的学科专业,其发展主要依赖于计算机及其相关设备和平台工具,它与各专门领域的结合形成了各具特色的应用系统,广泛应用于各行各业;随着IT行业日新月异的发展,以及海量数据对GIS要求的提高,对原有GIS实验室做进一步的改善是势在必行的,文中就这一问题做了论述和探讨。
GIS is a practice - oriented speciality. Its development depends on computer and other equipments. Its combination with other specialities generates special application systems, and can be used in any fields. With the development of IT and the high re- quirements of vast GIS data, It＇s necessary to improve the equipments and management of the GIS Lab.
