摘要
目的探讨血管内激光照射（ＩＬＩＢ）对人体血液唾液酸（ＳＡ）含量的影响。方法采用ＳＡ快速微量化学比色法，测定高脂血症和癌症为主的４６例患者经ＩＬＩＢ治疗前后血液ＳＡ含量的变化。结果４６例患者血液ＳＡ水平治疗前为６７９３±１８３７ｍｇ／Ｌ，治疗后为５９１４±１３１６ｍｇ／Ｌ，降低显著（Ｐ＜００５）。其中ＳＡ阳性组（≥６４０ｍｇ／Ｌ）与阴性组（＜６４０ｍｇ／Ｌ）经治疗后ＳＡ降低量，前者（１３７３±１０７８ｍｇ／Ｌ）较后者（５４５±２９４ｍｇ／Ｌ）显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。并且长疗程组（＞７次）与短疗程组（≤７次）的ＳＡ降低含量前者（１１０３±１２５０ｍｇ／Ｌ）较后者（５４３±３６７ｍｇ／Ｌ）显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ＩＬＩＢ可以降低血液ＳＡ含量，且ＳＡ水平愈高，治疗时间愈长其下降水平愈显著。提示血液ＳＡ测定可做为该疗法疗效的检验指标之一，并且对本疗法的血液生物学效应有新的启示。
Objective To study the effect of intervascular laser irradiation(ILIB)on blood sialic acid(SA). Methods The rapid minute quautitative chemistry examined method was used to measure the blood levels of SA in 46 patients with hyperlipemia and cancer in pre- and post-treatment of ILIB. Results The blood levels of SA (591 4±131 6mg/L) were significantly lower in the post-treatment than those (679 3±183 7mg/L) in the pre-treatment (P<0.05).The reduced amounts of positived SA(≥640mg/L) in the post treatment were singificant than those of negatived SA(<640mg/L)(P<0.01).The reduced amounts(11.3±125.0mg/L) of SA in the patients who were treatmented more of seven times were significant than those(54.3±36.7mg/L) treatmented seven times or fewer(P<0.05). Conclusions The higher the blood levels of SA,the longer the time of treatment,the more significant the reduced amounts of SA.To measare the blood levels of SA is method of the decideing therapentic efficacy of ILIB.
