摘要
目的:右心功能不全是肺心病的主要病理生理变化,本文旨在探讨肺心病对左心形态和功能的影响。方法:用超声方法比较32例肺心病组和37例无心脏病的对照组间心脏结构和功能参数的差别,t检验做比较。结果:肺心病组与对照组相比,右心明显增大,肺动脉收缩压增加,左右室舒张功能降低(P<0.05),左室收缩功能的参数无明显改变(P>0.05),但心输出量相关指标降低(P<0.05)。结论:肺心病患者左室结构和舒张功能降低,收缩功能与对照组比较无明显差异。
Objective：To study the structure and function of left ventricular in Cor pulmonale with echocardiography. Metheds：We examed the functions and structures in 32 patients with Cor pulmonale and 37 normalities with echocardiography. Results：Right heart was larger,pulmonary arterial systolic pressure was increased（P〈0. 05）. The diastole functions of right and left ventricular were decreased （P〈0. 05）. The cardiac output index were lower（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The systole function of left ventricular in Cor pulmonale is normal in patients with Cor pulmonale,but the diastole function is decreased.
