经肱动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗的护理 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨经肱动脉穿刺行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous conmery interuention,PCI)患者的护理对策。方法选择28例接受经肱动脉穿刺行PCI患者,总结其护理体会。结果28例患者顺利完成PCI,其中2例患者发生上肢肿胀,1例发生假性动脉瘤,经过正确处理,症状消失。结论对患者术前心理护理、上肢血管条件观察,术中密切监测心电、血流动力学变化,术后做好并发症的护理,是手术护理的关键。
