摘要
加强农村基层组织政治权威建设,对于建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会,都具有十分重要的意义。然而近年来,随着转型期农村利益格局的调整和控制模式的变化,农村基层组织的政治权威呈现出不断弱化与流失的趋势。因此,要从加强农村基层组织成员的素质、行为、能力以及提高农民的文化素质等方面进一步维护和强化农村基层组织的政治权威。
The construction of basic rural organizations＇ political authorities is of great significance for us to establish the socialist villages and the harmonious society. However, in recent years, with the adjustment of interest pattern and the changes of control modes in rural areas, the basic rural organizations＇ political authorities have been tending to be weakened or lost. Therefore, we should strengthen the qualities, the behaviors, and the ability of organization members, and improve farmers＇ qualities as well, so that we can further maintain and strengthen basic rural organizations＇ political authorities.
