中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的光动力治疗 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察光动力治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(中浆)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析维替泊芬光动力治疗慢性中浆的临床资料共10只眼(8例),观察术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)、光学相干断层扫描(OCT)结果及其相关并发症。结果:术后1周FFA显示有7眼(7/10)渗漏完全消失,3眼(3/10)渗漏减轻;OCT见6眼(6/10)视网膜下积液全部吸收,4眼(4/10)残留少量视网膜下积液。术后1个月、3个月和6个月所有患眼(10/10)FFA均显示渗漏完全消失;OCT未见视网膜下积液。无治疗相关的并发症发生。结论:维替泊芬光动力治疗可安全有效地治疗慢性中浆,为临床提供了一种新的治疗方法。 Objective. To evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with verteporfin in the treatment of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Methods. The data of ten eyes ( 8 patients ) with chronic CSC after PDT were studied retrospectively. The effectiveness of the treatment was assessed with fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) before the operation and 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months later and possible complications were recorded as well. Results: Fluorescence leakage stopped at the 1 week later in 7 eyes (7/10) and at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months in all 10 eyes (10/10) after treatment; complete absorbance of subretinal fluid could be demonstrated by OCT in 6 (6/10) PDT treated eyes, and remaining little fluid in 4 (4/10) eyes at 1 week, and no leakage in all 10 (10/10) eyes at 1 month, 3 months as well as at 6 months; there was no complications during follow-up. Conclusion: PDT with verteporfin results in the resolution of fluorescence leakage and subretinal fluid in patients with chronic CSC safely. But the prospective randomized controlled pilot study and assess ment of long effects are necessary.
