摘要
对12例阳萎病人和5例正常人阴茎海绵体电镜观察，结果表明阳萎病人平滑肌细胞有62．79％变性，表现在基底膜显著增厚，致密体和收缩纤维缺乏，糖元减少或消失。而正常人仅19．23％有类似改变，差别有高度显著性（P＜0．01）。因此，对于准备作血管手术的阳萎病人，术前应了解海绵体平滑肌细胞的变性情况，以利更好地筛选病人。
Corpora eavernosa of 12 impotent and 5 normal men were observed by electron mi croscopy. The results showed that 62. 79% of the smooth muscle cells from corporeal tissues of impotent men were altered, it,s showed a pronounced thickening of the basal lamina, a paucity of dense bodies and contractile filaments, minimal or no glycogen, whereas only 19- 23 % of the smooth muscles cells had simi lar alterations. There differences were statistically significant (P less than 0. 01 ). These suggest the need for preoperative detection of corporeal tissue degeneration to assist in better selection of patients for a pe nile vascular operation.
