摘要
为创建具有中国特色的系统化整体护理模式病房，借鉴信息管理理论，建立了模式病房规章制度及工作程序，实行按职上岗及先上岗后聘用，开展了护理评估，实施主管护师－护师－护士三位一体的满负荷、弹性排班模式，制定了模式病房护理达标评估标准，实行评估与奖金挂钩等一系列措施，达到了预期的效果。
To develop the systematic Approach to holistic nursing care mode Unit having Chinese feature,according to the information management theory,rules, working procedure of Mode Unit were established.A series of measures adopted was as follows:going to work according one's job,engagement after working for a time,development of nursing assessment,carrying out the full working load of three in one-chief nurse-senior nurse-nurse,work-flexible arrangement mode,working out the assessing standard up to mode unit nursing standard,and link up of the assessment and the money award etc.Implementing above measures has achieved the desired results.
