摘要
自１９９５年１１月始我院开展了以病人为中心的整体护理。为提高全院护理人员对整体护理的认识，首先组织了论证会，分析和论证了开展整体护理的必要性和可行性。之后对护理骨干进行了院内及国内外培训，增强了对整体护理实质性内涵的了解，并在实践中及时总结经验教训，修改实施方案，完善护理表格和护理服务。
Since Nov.1995,the holistic nursing regarding patients as a center was deve loped.To heighten all nursing staff's knowledge of the holistic nursing,a discussion was first organized,at which the necessity and feasibility of holistic nursing were proved and analysed.Then the core nurses were sended to train in one's own or other hospitals for enhancing the knowledge on the nature and intension of holistic nursing.The experience and lesson in the practice were timely summarized and the implement plan was revised to perfect the nursing tables and nursing survey.
