摘要
通过分析白车身生产线规划的内容与特点,提出了基于知识工程的白车身生产线规划的理论框架,分别建立了基于PDM(Product Data Management)理论的产品零件模型、制造资源模型和工艺知识模型,实现对制造对象、制造资源和工艺知识等工艺信息的管理,在此基础上,构建了以操作为核心的可以反映各生产要素及其相互关系的制造过程关系集成模型和基于知识工程的生产线规划方法,应用表明,该方法极大地方便了白车身生产线规划工作,提高了规划知识重用程度和生产线规划的质量。
a framework for car body in-white production line planning was presented based on analysis of car body-in-white production line planning. Product model, manufacturing resource model and process knowledge model based on Product Data Management (PDM) theory were established respectively. The three models carried out the process information management of the product, manufacturing resource and process knowledge. Composed of the three models, a process relation model with an operation core was established to represent the production factors and their relations synthetically. Application of the process relation model shows that the planning framework fulfills the requirements of process information manage- ment and process planning for body-in-white production line planning.
