摘要
论述了国内首台安装、投产的1 000 MW超超临界燃煤发电机组(华能玉环电厂1号机组)锅炉的特点,以及省煤器、水冷壁、过热器、再热器材料的选用,从调试到投产半年间所发生的爆管情况分析,提出了针对性措施,供同类型机组借鉴、防范。
The 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant is the first unit of this kind installed and operated in China. The features of its boiler are presented, as well as material selection for its economizer, water wall, superheater, and reheater. Based on the analysis of pipe explosion of this unit during its first half year of operation, countermeasures are proposed.
