摘要
制订医疗设备的首要原则是要把医院的医疗设备作为一个完整的系统来研究,同时要考虑设备的投资回报率、使用效率、设备的先进性和性价比。制订医疗设备购置计划时首先要做好信息准备,然后从旧设备的更新、完善设备的系统性、根据医院发展计划制订设备购置计划等步骤一步步向前推进,同时做好经济效益和社会的效益的双重评估。设备购置计划要通过完整的招标体制来落实。对于长程购置计划要及时评估和调整,发现问题要设立新的原则加以封闭,以保证计划合理有效地实施。
The first principal of making the name list of the hospital's medical equipments is to consider and check the equipments as a whole system. At the same time the uses of the equipments and their advantage should be considered seriously. The preparation of platitudinous communication and information is essential for making the project of equipment purchase. After that the purchase of the equipment should be listed one by one depending on the requirement of renewal of the old equipments, the consummation of systemic equipments, and the hospital's development project. Synchronously the evaluation about the project's economical and social benefit should be kept in the process .The equipment purchase should be done only by inviting a public bidding. But long-term purchase project should be evaluated and regulated in time and when problem arises, the project must be ceased immediately and set up a new principal, so that the project could be kept on exactitude way.
