白术高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱的建立和产地差异分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的建立白术的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,分析不同产地白术的差异。方法采用毛细管区带电泳法,建立色谱图,并采用计算机辅助评价系统,对色谱信息进行比较。进样高度:15 cm;进样时间:5 s;缓冲溶液:50 mmoL.L-1硼砂水溶液;分离电压:22 kV;检测波长:200 nm。结果建立了白术的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,并初步阐明了不同来源的白术药材的差异。结论该方法建立的指纹图谱稳定可靠;对白术品质的影响因素中,以人工种植影响最大。 Objective To establish the fingerprint and analyze the difference of A. marocephala from different habitats by HPCE. Methods It was used by capillary zone electrophoresis system with the height is 15 cm, the time is 5 sec; the buffer condition is 50 mmol · L^-1 disodium tetraborate, running voltage is 22kV with a detector at 200 nm. Results The fingerprint was established by HPCE, and the quality differece of A. marocephala from different habitats was also shown. Conclusion It was reliable and stable to be established the fingerprint. It was the most effect for the artificial culture on the quality of A. marocephala in the correlation factors.
