摘要
本文分析了大麦和麦芽中粉尘的成分，提出了利用旋风对大麦和麦芽中的尘土，短秸杆和麦糠的粗除尘；利用水洗塔进行大麦和麦芽中的麦糠粉末及少量尘土的湿式除尘，两极除尘方案都达到了预期的除尘效果。文章还论述了各个除尘系统的工艺原理。
The article analysed the componemt of the dust in the barley and malt,advanced the two step method to removal the dust,in the first step it using a cyclone to removal the dust,the small stalks and the bran in the barley and malt,then in the second step the water scrubber removal the bran powder and the residual dust.The article also discussed the theory of.the dust removal system.
