摘要
目的:探讨通过危机管理进行护理管理工作。方法:建立健全内部的管理机制,将护理危机管理引入护理管理中。结果:能有效地防控和处理危机,为医院、科室赢得信誉和效益。结论:实施危机管理能够加强护理管理。
Objective：To approach how to enhance the nursing management by use of crisis management. Methods：To build up interior management mechanism and induct crisis management to the nursing management. Resuits： The practice prevented and controlled crisis effectively and enhanced the credit and benefit of hospital and department. Conclusions： The application of crisis management can enhance the quality of nursing management.
