非小细胞肺癌不做淋巴结预防照射的三维适形放疗临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 肺癌是严重威胁人类生命的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率都有逐年上升趋势，总5年生存率为10％-14％。而非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）占全部肺癌的80％以上，ⅢA、ⅢB期单纯放疗5年生存率仅为5％-7％，中位生存期只有6-11个月。NSCLC治疗失败的主要原因为远处转移和局部复发，而淋巴结引流区是否需要照射目前存在争议。为此笔者初步研究采用三维适形放疗（3DCRT）NSCLC而不进行淋巴结预防照射的可行性。
