摘要
基于对社会信息化理论和社会信息化测度意义的分析,在目前众多的社会信息化测度方法中选取四种有代表性的测度法(波拉特法、RITE模型、综合信息产业力度法和信息化综合指数法)进行简要介绍后,分为国外方法、国内方法两组予以比较,得出结论:目前仍没有一种为公众广泛承认的理论;方法的不断更新必须是学术研究与实践过程中的常态。最后提出在重新设计新的社会信息化测度方法时应注意解决的5个问题。
Based on the analysis of the theory and evaluation significance of social informatization, after a brief introduction to four representative evaluations （Porat method, RITE model, composite information industry and informatization composite index method） chosen from the current social informatization evaluation methods, this author divides the four evaluations into foreign and domestic groups to compare. The article concludes： there still isn＇t a widely accepted theory now; constant update of methods should be a normal process of academic research and practice. Finally, the author proposes five issues which should be solved in re--designing the new social informatization evaluation methods.
