摘要
法律人格对国际组织具有重要作用,东盟自成立以来一直没有法律人格。《东盟宪章》授予东盟法律人格,确立了东盟的法律人格地位。东盟法律人格的确立对加强东盟内部团结,促进东盟自身建设,增强东盟的国际行为能力,保持东盟在亚太区域合作中的独特地位都具有重要的影响。
The legal personality is extremely important to international organizations; however, ASEAN has no legal personality since its establishment until the day when ＂ASEAN Charter＂ was passed and granted legal personality to ASEAN. The establishment of the ASEAN legal personality contributes a lot to ASEAN＇s role and influence in many areas such as strengthening ASEAN＇s unity, promoting ASEAN internal construction, enhancing ASEAN＇s international capacity, maintaining ASEAN＇s unique position and role in regional cooperation in Asia-Pacific area, promoting regional cooperation in Asia-Pacific area, etc.
