摘要
在质子交换膜燃料电池中,流场的设计对电池的性能有重大影响。基于计算流体力学软件Fluent6.3和Gambit2.2,通过比较不同流道横截面形式、调节流场通道深度等结构参数,建立了氢-空质子交换膜燃料电池3D数学模型,并进行了模拟和性能优化。模拟结果表明,燕尾形流场截面的综合性能优于其他截面形状流场的综合性能;在一定范围内,截面的深度对燃料电池的性能有较大影响。
In PEMFC, the design of flow field has an important effect on the cell performance. In this paper, a three-dimensional mathematic model on hydrogen-atmosphere PEMFC, comparing with different channel cross sections and adjusting channel depth, was proposed which based on a computational hydrodynamics software Fluent 6.3 and Gambit 2.2. Then this model was simulated and optimized. Simulation results showed that the performance of cell adopting swallow-tailed shape was superior to that of cell adopting other shapes. In a certain range, cross section depth had a large effct on the PEMFC performance.
