摘要
前河金矿矿体属矿岩破碎的难采倾斜薄矿脉,设计采用下向分层充填法开采,而充填体设计强度直接影响到该采矿法的成败。文中针对前河金矿的具体条件,认为充填失稳破坏的两种可能形式是倾倒失稳和弯曲受拉破坏,并分别进行了分析计算。在此基础上,采用了多种新技术、新工艺,而且取得了较好的应用效果。
The orebody of Qianhe Gold Mine belongs to dip and narrow vains with ore-rock fractured and difficult to mine, which is planned to mine with underhand cut-and-fill stoping but the designed strength of fill-mass exerts influence directly on the success or failure of the mining method. This paper, in the light of the actual conditions of Qianhe Gold Mine, considered that two possible forms of fill instability or failure would be tip-over instability and bent-and-tensioned failure and performed analysis and calculation to them respectiyely. Based on the results of above analysis and calculation, several new techniques and new process were adopted and good results were obtained.
