摘要
应用数字图像处理技术,分别对FAC-20沥青混合料的原始试件和20、40、60 min国标车辙试验的截面图像中粗集料颗粒主轴方向的变化规律作出分析。结果表明:车辙试验前20 min内颗粒主轴方向夹角减小的最快,颗粒重排进行的最剧烈;试验的中后期,粗集料之间产生了较强的嵌挤作用,颗粒重排受到的约束增大,主轴方向夹角的变化趋势减弱,混合料进入稳定状态。
Applying digital image processing technique, the section images of original FAC-20 asphalt mixture specimens and 20,40,60 min specimens after rutting test are acquired,and this paper analyzes the variation regularity of coarse aggregate's principal axis direction got from these section images.Results show that principal axis direction decreases fast during the former 20 min and the process of particles' rearrangement is severely, but during the middle and later period the interlocked function between coarse aggregates becomes stronger,so principal axis direction decreases slowly and asphalt mixture gets into stable condition.
