摘要 针对某塑料厂乙烯超高压二次往复压缩机振动大、噪声污染严重的问题,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对在役超高压往复压缩机进行了结构模态分析和动力响应分析,找到了压缩机振动的原因,并提出了一套减振方案,方案实施后减振降噪效果明显,最大降幅达76.8%,为超高压往复压缩机的减振降噪提供了参考。 In a petrochemical plastics factory, a superhigh pressure reciprocating compressor had serious vibration and noise pollution. In order to solve the problem, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to build vibration analysis models, to have structure modal and harmonic analysis. Thereby the compressor vibration causes were found, and an effective rebuilding program was designed, After the implementation of the program, the vibration was significantly lowered, the biggest drop is more than 76. 8%. The method provides a reference for reducing vibration and noise of other superhigh pressure devices.
