育麟颗粒对排卵障碍大鼠子宫、卵巢ER及下丘脑弓状核超微结构影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察育麟颗粒对肾阳虚排卵障碍大鼠雌激素受体(ER)、下丘脑弓状核超微结构的影响。方法:60只SD雌性大鼠随机分为6组:空白组,模型组,克罗米酚组,育麟颗粒低、中、高剂量组。氢化可的松肌注造模成功后分别给药10天后用放射免疫法测定大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平,免疫组化法测定子宫和卵巢的ER表达情况,电子显微镜镜下观察下丘脑弓状核超微结构的变化。结果:育麟颗粒能明显升高肾阳虚排卵障碍大鼠的血清E2、P水平,子宫ER表达强度(P<0.05或P<0.01),改善卵巢ER表达强度和下丘脑弓状核超微结构。结论:育麟颗粒具有促排卵的作用,可能是通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的多环节、多途径的综合作用而实现。 Objective: To observe the effects of yulin granule on uterine and ovarian ER and hypothalamic arcuate nuclei ultrastructure in rats with ovulatory dysfunction belonging to kidney-yang deficiency type. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal, model, western medicine, low, middle and high dosage yulin granule groups. Models were made by intramuscular cortisol. Serum E2 and P were determined by radioimmunoassay.Uterine and ovarian ER was determined by immunohistochemical method. Hypothalamic arcuate nuclei ultrastructure was observed by electron microscope. Results: Yulin granule could elevate serum E2 and P levels of ovulatory dysfunction rats with deficiency of kidney-yang, enhance ER expression in uterine, improve ER expression in ovarian and hypothalamic arcuate nuclei ultrastructure changes. Conclusion: Yulin granule can promote ovulatory by regulating hypothalamus-pituitary-sexual gland axis.
