胃滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，53岁。全身乏力、腹胀、食欲不振4个月余。体检：腹部膨隆，无压痛、反跳痛、肌紧张，全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，外周血实验室检查均在正常范围内。彩超见后腹膜胰腺前方有-13．9cm边界清晰实性肿块，肿块形态不规则、内有不规则无回声区、稍低回声不均匀，血运丰富。肝内见散在大小不等的小无回声区、稍低回声实性为主的混合性肿块，最大2．5cm。
