摘要
针对河台金矿振动筛筛分效率、生产能力偏低,设备故障多的问题,文中详述了振动筛技术改造及优化设计过程。在充分利用原有空间的基础上,较好地解决了振动筛原来存在的问题,提高了振动筛的工作性能,减少了设备故障,满足了生产需要。
The oscillating screen in Hetai gold mine was characterized as low screening efficiency and production capacity, frequent equipment failures. The paper introduced the technological innovation and optimization design of the oscillating screen. The design took full advantage of the former space and solved the related problems. As a result, the working performance was enhanced, the equipment failures were reduced and the production needs were met.
