急性动脉阻塞致肌病肾病代谢综合征诊治的进展 被引量：2

摘要 肌病肾病代谢综合征是急性肢体缺血性疾病的严重并发症，以急性动脉栓塞及血栓形成常见。急性动脉阻塞引起肢体缺血导致骨骼肌溶解，临床出现肌红蛋白尿、代谢性酸中毒、高钾血症、急性肾功能衰竭等一系列表现。Haimnovici首次报道，将其命名为肌病肾病代谢综合征（myonephropathic-metabolic syndrome，MNMS）。高截肢率和高死亡率是其日益受到重视的主要原因。目前认为越高的动脉阻断平面，越广泛的缺血范围，越长的缺血时间，出现肌病肾病代谢综合征的风险越大，甚至截除坏死肢体是挽救生命的唯一方法。
