以厦门市金海湾财富中心的设计为例,阐述了生态、高效、智能的设计理念。从规划布局到单体设计无不渗透了设计者对创造生态、高效、智能的科技生态办公园区的思考。
Taking the design of Wealth Center in Golden Bay in Xiamen for example, this article expounds the design ideas： ecology, efficiency and intelligence, which are infiltrated in the project from programming layout to the single building design.
