摘要
目的观察脑循环功能治疗仪对治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效。方法将后循环缺血患者80例随机分为两组:对照组40例,给予营养神经,促进改善血液循环药物及对症处理;治疗组40例,除上述处理外,予物理治疗即脑循环功能治疗仪治疗。治疗20d后观察效果。结果脑循环功能治疗仪治疗后循环缺血,总有效率达95%,治愈率、平均治愈天数:治疗组分别为75.0%、(8.97±3.34)d;对照组分别为52.5%、(13.28±3.18)d,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑循环功能治疗仪治疗后循环缺血效果显著,对脑功能恢复有明显促进作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cerebrovascular function device in treatment of patients with posterior circulation ischemia. Methods 80 cases were divided randomly into two groups： the control group（40 cases） was given medication for promotion of circulation and nerve regeneration as well as symptom relieving;the treatment group（40 cases） was given the physiotherapy including CVFT, in addition to the medications above. Effectiveness of each group was observed after 20 clays of the treatment. Results The CVFT treatment group obtained an effectual rate of 95%;The curative rate,mean days for cure were respectively in the treatment group 75.0%, （8.97 ± 3.34） days;in the control were 52.5%, （13.28 ± 3.18 ） days. Significant differences were revealed by statistic analysis between the two groups（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The CVFT treatment can bring about significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia.
