摘要
目的探讨医源性胆管损伤的原因及防治。方法回顾性分析我院1995～2006年处理的18例医源性胆管损伤的诊治经验。结果术中发现7例,术后发现11例,分别给予不同处理,治疗效果满意。结论胆囊三角解剖不清是胆管损伤的主要原因;对于胆管损伤应力争早期诊断,正确处理,合理选择手术时机与手术方式。
Objective To discuss the cause, prevention and treatment of iatrogenic bile duct injury. Methods 18 cases of iatrogenic bile duet injury treated in our hospital from 1995 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 7 cases were found in operation, the others were diagnosed after operation, and all were treated respectively, and efficacy was satisfying. Conclusion Iatrogenic bile duct injury often results from unclear topography of calot. Bile duct injury should be diagnosed early and treated correctly.
