摘要
目的评价经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检在前列腺疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法对38例可疑前列腺癌的患者进行经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检,术后送病理。结果38例穿刺受检者中,病理诊断为前列腺癌14例,良性前列腺增生19例,结核1例,非典型增生1例,前列腺增生伴炎症2例,前列腺炎1例。在14例前列腺癌中,9例癌肿结节直径≤1.0cm,3例≥1.0cm,2例未见明显结节病灶。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检是早期确诊前列腺癌的有效方法之一,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate gland disease. Methods 38 patients suspected to have prostate cancer were biopsied by transrectal ultrasound guidance and pathology results were followed up. Results Among those 38 patients, 14 cases were prostate cancer, 19 cases were benign prosthetic hyperplasia, lcase was tubculosis of prostate, 1 cases was atypical hyperplasis,2 cases were benign prosthetic hyperplasia with chronic inflammation, 1 case was prostatitis. In 14 prostate cancer,the cancer nodes of 9 cases were ≤ 1.0cm, nodes of 3 cases were ≥ 1.0cm ,2 cases were mis-diagnosed as prostate cancer by ultrasound. Conclusion The transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate is one of methods in diagnosing prostate cancer, it would be used widedly in clinical practice.
