静脉营养联合早期微量喂养及非营养性吸吮在低出生体重儿中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察静脉营养联合早期微量喂养及非营养性吸吮在低出生体重儿中的应用效果。方法95例低出生体重儿中45例给予静脉营养联合早期微量喂养和非营养性吸吮(实验组),另50例给予单纯性静脉营养(对照组)。观察体重变化、住院时间及出现的并发症等。结果实验组恢复出生体重时间、达足量喂养时间及住院时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.05);每日平均增长体重及出院体重显著增加(P<0.05);出现硬肿、高胆红素血症、血糖紊乱、肾功能受损等明显降低(P<0.05);而两组出现呕吐、腹胀无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论静脉营养联合早期微量喂养及非营养性吸吮是低出生体重儿理想的营养供给途径。 Objective To observe the effect of application of intravenous nutrition and early minimal nutrition and nonnutritive sucking in low birth weight infants. Methods 95 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 45 cases with intravenous nutrition and early minimal nutrition and nonnutritive sucking were experiment group, 50 cases with intravenous nutrition only were control group. Change of weight, time of being in hospital and complications were observed. Results The time of recovery birth weight, full gastrointresting feeding and being in hospital were significantly shortened in experiment group than in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The mean increasing of everyday weight and weight of discharge were significantly higher than control group(P〈 0.05 ). Scleredema, hyperbilirubinemia, turbulence of serum glucose and renal failure were significantly lower in experiment group(P 〈 0.05 ). The vomiting and abdominal distention were same in two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Combined use of intrauvenous nutrition and early minimal nutrition and nonnutritive sucking was an ideal path of nutritional supply in low birth weight infants.
