摘要
采用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法，检测了３６例过敏性紫癜患儿血清ＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－８和ＴＮＦα水平。结果表明，过敏性紫癜患儿血清ＴＮＦα含量明显高于对照组，ＩＬ－６与ＩＬ－８水平升高不明显。提示，在过敏性紫癜的发病过程中ＴＮＦα起了重要病理作用。
The levels of IL 6,IL 8 and TNFα in serum of 36 patients with hypersensitivity purpura (HSP) was measured using sandwich ELISA. The results showed that the level of TNFα in serum was significantly increased in 36 patients with HSP compared with that in normal controls.The levels of IL 6 and IL 8 were not obviously higher in the patients than those in the controls.These results suggest that TNFα may play a certain role in the pathogenesis of HSP.
