摘要
可靠性是石油钻机井架十分重要的质量指标。井架的安全性评定单纯用安全系数是不够的,还应从井架的可靠性方面对井架进行评估分析,才能保证井架安全可靠使用。运用结构可靠性理论,求得JJ315/43-A型井架的抗力系数,计算额定钩载下受力不均对井架各段可靠性的影响,利用ANSYS的数值模拟技术求得JJ315/43-A型在用石油井架各工况下的可靠性指标β。
Reliability of oil rig derrick is an important quality parameter for ensuring safety, it can＇t be represented only by safety factor. In this paper, the resistance coefficient of Model JJ315/43-A derrick are worked out by using the structural reliability theory, and get the influence on the derrick under off-centering standard load. With ANSYS numerical simulation technology, the reliability index β of the drilling derrick is also obtained.
