摘要
研究采用电弧超声来改善等离子喷涂纳米结构ZrO2涂层的结合强度。结果表明,加入电弧超声后,涂层组织更加致密,气孔率和未熔化区减小。当电弧超声频率在30~70kHz时,电弧超声对改善涂层结合强度是有利的,并在50kHz时达到最大值;当超声频率大于70kHz时,由于涂层中纳米颗粒的大量减少,涂层的结合强度呈下降的趋势。
As a new method to improve adhesive strength of plasma sprayed nano-structured ZrO2 coatings, arc-ultrasonic was introduced. The results show that the arc-ultrasonic can densify the structure, decrease the porosity and percentage of partly-molten regions of the coatings. The influence of are-ultrasonic on adhesive strength is dramatic. The adhesive strength increases when the ultrasound frequency changes at 30-70 kHz, which achieves the maximum value at 50 kHz, when the frequency is greater than 70 kHz, the adhesive strength decreases conversely because of the significant reduction of the nano-structured particles.
