摘要
采用种子乳液方法合成了平均粒径为46.12 nm、固含量约为40%的硅丙微乳液。研究了复合乳化剂用量及配比、有机硅单体(D4)和交联剂(A-151)用量对微乳液性能的影响。通过粒径分析、红外光谱、热重分析对硅丙微乳液的结构和性能进行了表征。
The title silicone - acrylate microemulsion with average particle size 46.12 nm and solid content 40% was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The effect of reaction conditions on the performance of the microemulsion were studied, such as the dosage and mass ratio of mixed emulsifiers, the dosage of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and crosslinker ( NQ - 71 ). The properties of the microemulsion were characterized by particle size analysis,FTIR and TGA.
