摘要
目的评价"调理髓海、通阳柔筋"针刺法对慢性偏瘫患者生存质量及生活自理能力的作用。方法将400例中风偏瘫患者随机分为调理髓海、通阳柔筋针刺治疗组(治疗组)和标准针刺对照组(对照组),采用前瞻性、多中心、随机对照、单盲(盲数据处理者)的方法,依据Barthel指数(BI)对患者生活自理能力进行评价,以及采用WHO生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-100)和脑卒中特异性生存质量量表(卒中-QOL)进行生存质量评定。结果两组均能显著提高BI指数和BI残疾度改善率,并且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组WHOQOL-100和卒中-QOL量表评分也显著提高,治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论"调理髓海、通阳柔筋"针刺法可以显著改善中风慢性偏瘫患者的生活自理能力和生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the acupuncture method ＂regulating the sea of marrow,circulating yang and soothing tendon＂ on quality of life （QOL） and activity of daily life（ADL） in hemiplegia patients. Methods Totally 400 hemiplegia patients were randomized into the treatment group（by the method of regulating the sea of marrow） and the control group（by standard acupunctuxe）. Prospective, multi-centered, randomized-controlled, and single-blinded method were used. Barthel Index （BI） and WHO QOL- 100 were selected to evaluate QOL and ADL. Results BI and improvement of disabled activities of both groups were significantly improved while the effect of treatment group was better. In addition, the scores of WHO QOL-100 and stroke-specific quality of life scale of both groups were also increased and the effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion The acupuncture method of ＂regulating the sea of marrow,circulating yang and soothing tendon＂ can significantly improve ADL and QOL of hemiplegia patients.
