实用性随机对照试验及其在中医药领域的应用 被引量：36

摘要 解释性随机对照试验(RCT)和实用性RCT在评价医疗健康干预手段疗效时各有侧重。实用性RCT是用来测量干预措施在常规临床实践中能够取得的治疗效果,更适合用来评价以个体化辨证论治和复杂性干预为特点的中医药疗法的临床效果,建议采用实用性RCT对中医药的整体治疗效果进行评价。介绍了实用性RCT的设计、关键方法学技术及其优缺点。
