摘要
设计了电气比例阀的压力控制系统,并详细分析了系统各部分的动力学特性,由此建立了该系统的数学模型,最后对系统的实际控制过程进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,系统压力控制精度高,产生速度快,没有压力过冲。
Electro-pneumatic proportional pressure valve controlled pneumatic pressure control system was designed, the analysis of dynamics was nanlyzed in order to establish mathematic model. Considering the actual control process, we imitated and did some experiments of the system at last. Experimental results showed that the process of pressure generation was accurate,rapid and no overshot.
