摘要
对沥青基聚氨酯防水涂料制备方法及其相容剂选择进行理论分析和研究,制备了合适的相容剂。通过对防水涂料的拉伸性能的测试分析,探讨了固化工艺、甲乙组分配比、相容剂用量等对防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,自制相容剂与沥青基聚氨酯有很好的相容性,防水涂料的综合性能较好。
The preparation methods of asphalt polyurethane waterproof coating and theoretical analysis of selection of compatilizer were studied. The proper compatilizer was synthesized. The curing process of waterproof coating was discussed,and the tensile property of the material was tested,the influence of curing process, proportioning of component A and B,and compatilizer content on properties of waterproof coating were discussed. The result indicated that self-made compatilizer has better compatibility with asphalt-base polyurethane and comprehensive performance of the waterproof coating is better.
