摘要
新时期高校学生党建工作普遍面临新的挑战。学生党员教育管理中,党的理论宣传优势和思想政治教育工作尚不到位,部分学生党员宗旨观念淡薄、素质不高、表率作用发挥不够,缺乏长效管理机制等。这就要求我们,认真分析现状,深入调查研究,严格组织管理,强化党建主题教育,不断创新教育载体,创造性地开展新形势下的大学生党建工作。
With the rapid development of higher education, party building of college students is generally facing new challenges： student party members＇education and management does not display enough theoretical propaganda advantages of the party or do enough ideological and political education. Some students have weak sense of principle and low quality, and play a weak exemplary role. It lacks a long - term mechanism. Therefore, it is particularly important and urgent to do a close analysis on these problems and difficulties and an in-depth investigation, to perfect the organization, to strengthen the system and the theme education of the party building, and to innovate the education carrier and the party building of college students under the new situation constantly.
